Joint seminar "Estonia and Saxony – on the way forward to Clean Energy. Research – Innovation – Realization" will take place on May 2, 2023 at 14:00–17:00 EEST (13:00–16:00 CEST) at the Estonian Academy of Sciences (Kohtu 6, Tallinn).

The seminar is open to researchers and entrepreneurs whose research or activities are related with the clean energy transition and who are interested in collaborating with colleagues in Saxony. You can attend the info-day at the venue or follow the live broadcast at EAS webpage. (“LIVE TODAY” link can be found from the main menu in the morning of May 2). For participation (both, on site or online) please fill in the registration form, deadline April 24.

The prosperity of our society depends on a functioning energy supply. Our everyday life is no longer conceivable without electricity, heat and mobility. The aim of the energy transition is to implement a secure, economical and environmentally friendly energy supply. The development of technologies and social concepts for sustainable energy production, conversion and distribution are therefore a focus.

Both Estonia and Saxony are working hard to implement these objectives. This event serves to join forces to achieve more together. One base for the cooperation is the European research and innovation partnership CETPartnership, in which Saxony and Estonia can work together with the EU. This partnership offers a good opportunity for cooperation along the entire value chain.
