Transforming heating and cooling for a climate-neutral future
TRI 4 supports research and innovation projects that develop, demonstrate and validate efficient zero-emission heating and cooling technologies and systems.
Projects may address renewable heat production, thermal storage, system integration, digital solutions and applications across residential, commercial, public and industrial sectors. Particular emphasis is placed on solutions that improve efficiency, increase renewable energy use and support the transition towards climate-neutral heating and cooling.
The initiative also supports collaboration and knowledge exchange across the heating and cooling sector to help identify barriers, opportunities and future research, development and demonstration needs.
