CETPartnership has selected 50 transnational research and innovation projects for funding through its Joint Call 2025. The list of selected projects was approved by the Partnership’s Governing Board at its meeting in Oslo on 12 June.
The call attracted a record number of applications, with 378 pre-proposals submitted in the first stage and 121 full proposals invited to the second stage. Of these, 109 were eligible for evaluation.
Senior Advisor Maria Enge, lead of the Call Management Office, welcomed the outcome of this year’s call.
“We received an all-time high number of proposals in the Joint Call 2025 indicating the large interest in our calls. A large number of high-quality proposals were evaluated by scientific experts in two steps. In this tough competition and after eligibility checks of the involved partners, 50 excellent proposals have been selected by the CETPartnership’s Governing Board for contracting with the national funding organisations.”.
Across this year’s ten call modules; Call Module 4 (Carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS), Call Module 5 (Hydrogen and renewable fuels) and Call Module 6 (Heating and cooling technologies), account for the highest number of selected projects.
CETPartnership looks forward to welcoming the new project consortia later this autumn, when the contracting phase with the respective funding organisations has been performed.
